Job Description:

The School Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) plays a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities within the school environment. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professionals, the School RBT implements behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the individual needs of students.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the needs of students with diverse learning profiles.
