About the Role

InHealth Staffing is seeking a driven and dynamic Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines business development, candidate sourcing, and account management—ideal for a high-energy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

As a key member of our corporate team, you’ll identify school districts with staffing needs, build relationships with decision-makers, recruit top-tier clinicians (SLPs, OTs, School Psychologists, Social Workers), and support them throughout their placements. You’ll have full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from prospecting to placement and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Development

  • Identify school districts and education agencies with current or anticipated staffing needs
  • Build relationships with administrators and decision-makers to understand hiring goals
  • Position InHealth Staffing as a trusted partner in providing quality clinicians

🔹 Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source and recruit highly qualified school-based therapists and clinicians
  • Use phone outreach, texting, email, job boards, referrals, and social media
  • Screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process

🔹 Account Management & Retention

  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and placed clinicians
  • Ensure successful onboarding and support clinician performance while on assignment
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for client and candidate concerns

🔹 Full Desk Ownership

  • Manage every aspect of the client and candidate relationship
  • Meet or exceed placement and revenue goals through proactive pipeline management

🔹 Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment processes and systems as we scale
  • Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and market trends

🔹 Occasional Travel

  • Travel periodically to client sites to visit placed clinicians and strengthen district partnerships

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in school-based or healthcare staffing
  • Proven success in full desk roles involving both business development and candidate placement
  • Familiarity with special education services and school-based therapy roles strongly preferred
  • Strong phone and communication skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills
